From the Okavango Delta to Bwindi: A Seamless, Five-Star Safari Beyond Expectations

I booked with Ranger Buck for a very unconventional safari through Botswana and Uganda. These two countries aren’t typically booked together because the logistics are complicated and the distances between the two nations are vast. However, Maria with Ranger Buck assisted me with an incredible itinerary in the Okavango Delta in Botswana and Bwindi Impenetrable Forest in Uganda. The destinations were mindblowingly beautiful, the wildlife was exceptional and the lodges were all exquisite. But more than anything, Maria, and her persistence and willingness to assist me when airlines caused delays to my itinerary, was nothing short of incredible. She bent over backwards to assist in anyway that she could. I have been in customer service for nearly 2 decades myself, I can honestly say that Maria with Ranger Buck displayed some of the most helpful and comprehensive assistance I have ever seen. I could not recommend this company enough. From top to bottom, this experience was five stars in everyway. I will absolutely be booking with Maria and Ranger Buck again.
