1. How the program works
Ranger Buck Safaris clients can refer friends, family members or anyone in their network who has not previously enquired with us, and both the Referrer and the Invited Person will receive USD 500 credit towards their next trip booked with Ranger Buck Safaris.
‘Referrer’ means a person who has previously travelled with Ranger Buck Safaris and recommends us to their network using their unique code.
A Referrer must have booked with Ranger Buck Safaris prior to referring someone.
‘Invited Person’ means someone who has been referred to Ranger Buck Safaris
2. Rewards and Offers
All Invited Persons will be given USD 500 credit towards their next trip booked with Ranger Buck Safaris.
USD 500 credit will be applied to the Referrer’s account once an Invited Person they referred has been on their trip with Ranger Buck Safaris.
Ranger Buck Safaris will apply a USD 500 credit for each booking party referred, regardless of the number of people travelling.
Referrers may use a maximum of USD 2 000 credit for any booking with Ranger Buck Safaris. Invited Persons may use a maximum of USD 500 credit for their first time booking.
To qualify for the credit:
- (a) Travel must be booked through Ranger Buck Safaris with a minimum spend of USD 12500.
- (b) The Invited Person must not be travelling with the Referrer.
3. Issuing of Rewards and Offers
Invited Person’s credit must be used within 12 months of their first enquiry with Ranger Buck Safaris.
Referrers’ credit must be used by paying a deposit for a trip within 24 months of the Invited Person’s trip completion.
4. Privacy
All personal information collected and processed as part of this Rewards Program will be used in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations. Ranger Buck Safaris shall be responsible for collecting and processing such personal information.
5. Restrictions
- 5.1 You may only invite personal friends, family members, acquaintances and colleagues to this Rewards Program.
- 5.2 You understand and agree that you must not use the referral methods that are bothersome to the recipients. Moreover, your participation in the Rewards Program must not violate the applicable law, including but not limited to anti-spam legislation, which is mass distribution of unsolicited messages.
- 5.3 You must not publish our Rewards Program on any sites or platforms that house any adult content, alcohol, tobacco, gambling, games and online casinos, political content and any form of illegal activities.
- 5.4 You must not at any time invite or refer people who are unknown to you.
- 5.5 You must only use our Rewards Program for personal use and refrain from its use for commercial purposes.
- 5.6 Credit is not transferable, and no cash alternative is available.
- 5.7 Travel agents and Ranger Buck Safaris employees or their families are not eligible for this Rewards Program.
6. Term and termination
- 6.1 This Rewards Program will run at our sole discretion. We may notify Users that the Rewards Program has ended with immediate effect.
- 6.2 Any referral made before the end of the Rewards Program can still participate. However, we may exclude referrals at our sole discretion made after its termination date.
- 6.3 We may terminate this Rewards Program at any time, including your participation or the availability of its benefits.
7. Exclusive Relationship
- 7.1 You understand and agree that you are only the User of our services and/or products, and refrain from implying any other affiliation or legal relationship with us.
- 7.2 You understand and agree that you are never authorized to legally bind our company.
- 7.3 You must never create any materials that contain our branding, trademark and (part of) our corporate identity.
- 7.4 By participating in the Rewards Program, you must not represent yourself as a duplicate, agent or intermediary of our company.
8. Privacy and information
- 8.1 You undertake to respect the privacy rights of the people you invite to our Rewards Program and direct to our website.
- 8.2 When referring other people, you must always inform them about the applicable terms and conditions and privacy policy. You must do so before they participate in the Rewards Program and leave their personal information.
9. Amendments
We may amend the terms and conditions of our Rewards Program. We may offer and/or restrict additional incentives, benefits and programs. As a result, additional terms may apply. You agree that you are aware of those amended and additional terms.
10. violations and termination
- 10.1 In case we suspect any violations of these terms or otherwise tampering with, fraud or unreasonable use of our Rewards Program, we may in our sole discretion cancel the distribution of any discount, benefit or payout.
- 10.2 If you are a current or former employee, contractor or affiliate of our company, we may restrict your participation in the Rewards Program, and we may restrict or cancel your participation with immediate effect.
- 10.3 You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations and refrain from violating any third-party rights. These rights include any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights.
11. Disclaimer and indemnification
- 11.1 We offer our Rewards Program and its benefits only on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may remove, change and update the Rewards Program at our sole discretion. We disclaim our responsibility for any information that is incorrect or has errors.
- 11.2 Our Rewards Program is based on our best efforts. You acknowledge and agree that we can never guarantee any benefit or result from participating in the Rewards Program.
- 11.3 You will defend, indemnify and hold Ranger Buck Safaris (Pty) Ltd harmless from and against all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, expenses and costs (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of your participation in the Rewards Program.
12. No Correspondence, Disputes and Refunds
With regards to the distribution of discounts, vouchers, incentives, prizes, awards or other benefits, no correspondence will be entered into. Moreover, we shall never respond to any complaint or accept any dispute about the Rewards Program. The abovementioned benefits are provided “as is” and we never refund or exchange such benefits.
13. Applicable Law
The law of South Africa shall apply and the court in that country is competent to hear any claim that may arise out of these terms.
