Lion Sands

welcome

Our four lodges in Mpumalanga are in the Sabi Sand Private Game Reserve and the Kruger National Park. We are an easy hour’s flight from Johannesburg, and two hours from Cape Town. Set along the banks of the perennial Sabie River, each have breathtaking views – no one more inspiring than the next. Every day, the appearance of animals at the water’s edge presents you with a natural theatre. Backed by luxury accommodation – where comforts, service, food and wine are equally well-considered – this is a safari in style, an African original.

That being said, each Lion Sands’ lodge has its own special allure. The one for you will depend entirely on who you are, and what you are looking for. Let us guide you in choosing the right one…
